A short, informal online or phone call where we explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. It’s also a space for you to share what brought you here, where you feel stuck, and what kind of change you’re looking for. There’s no commitment—this is simply a space to meet.
The framework of our work typically consists of around ten sessions, building on each other. We don’t just focus on the specific problem, but also on what lies beneath it—your mindset, ways of operating, and internal narratives. This is where an entirely new perspective can emerge.
In the final session, we reflect on where you’ve arrived and how you can carry these new ways of operating into your everyday life. If needed, we can also explore the possibility of continuing—if there are areas you’d like to deepen further.
