The process is structured around five consecutive sessions, each building on the previous one. Here, we don’t just work on the surface-level issue, but also on what lies beneath it — your mindset, patterns of operating, and internal narratives. This is where an entirely new perspective can begin to emerge.
In the final session, we reflect on where you’ve arrived and how you can carry your new ways of operating into everyday life. If needed, we can also explore the possibility of continuing — if there are areas you’d like to deepen further.

Who am I as a woman/man beyond roles, expectations, and the need to conform? Where has my “sexy,” free, confident self gone—and how can I reconnect with it? Can I be balanced, grounded, and exciting at the same time?
