The Challenge

The webshop offered over 50 products, yet monthly revenue stagnated at around €750. The founder managed everything alone—from order fulfillment to customer service and advertising. There was no clear strategy, remarketing was underutilized, and the overall customer experience lacked consistency.

What We Did

Repositioning: Rebuilt the brand around the concept of a “sustainable home.”

Product Focus: Narrowed down to 20 core products and built sales funnels around them.

Upsell & Bundling: Introduced curated product bundles and automated in-cart upsell logic.

Marketing Audit: Re-targeted ad campaigns (Meta + Google) and built a structured remarketing funnel.

Operations: Trained a virtual assistant to take over core operational tasks.
