I obtained my degree in Economics in German in 2011 at Budapest Business School, and later complemented it with a degree in Marketing in 2013.
I began my career as an German-speaking FMCG market analyst, where I gained insight into SSC corporate operations, team leadership, and human management, as well as training and mentoring roles. Through my additional experience as a project manager, I developed a hands-on understanding of the challenges involved in innovation development, testing, international rollout, and continuous improvement.
Building on these foundations, I expanded my profile into the media industry, where I gained several years of international experience and continue to work today as a Regional Business Development Director.
My core strengths include developing strategies, building key business partnerships, leading commercial negotiations and optimizing internal processes. The fast-changing business environment inspired me to consciously develop my communication skills and systems thinking. As a result, I have further trained in social media management, quality management systems, coaching, and AI transformation.
I strongly believe that sustainable success is rooted in a human-centered approach, as every organization is ultimately driven by the people within it. That is why, in both business mentoring and coaching, I offer not only tools, but also deep personal experience - supporting others in achieving professional success, balance and authenticity.
